Appointment Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment and avoid the cancellation fee. 50% of service fee will be charged for cancelations under 24 hrs. 100% for same day cancelations and no call no shows. (rescheduling is considered a cancellation.)

Class Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non refundable. 72 hr notice required if you can’t make it to the class. Cancellation less than 72 hr and No shows will be required to pay another deposit to attend the next class.
